We solve interference problems. With so many electrical, electronic, computer and communications devices in industry and commerce today, chances are one of these devices is going to interfere with the operation of others.

HOW DO WE SOLVE INTERFERENCE PROBLEMS?

We use a range of technical solutions such as screening cabinets, rooms and even buildings, power filtering, earthing, bonding, relocating equipment, improving antennas, screening and filtering control lines. We back up our suggestions with technical calculations and lots of practical experience in troubleshooting interference problems.

To find the source of the interference we do inspections, use instruments for measuring electric and magnetic fields, checking the quality of the power supply, and looking at waveforms in the electronic circuits. 

Electromagnetic Compatibility in Buildings & Construction

Often reference to Electromagnetic Compatibility or electromagnetic interference appears in tender documentation for construction projects. This may be because the project is a Defence project, or because of the special nature of equipment housed in the building being constructed.

Or maybe it is to protect the commercial equipment such as IT equipment in the proposed building. Computer terminals are affected by magnetic fields from electric cabling, transformers, and sub-stations, and need to be protected.

Hospitals and laboratories are examples of buildings where equipment requires special accommodation. Electron microscopes and MRI installations require special attention to the background magnetic fields in the building.
