Texts are normally forwarded as .pdf files by email. Customers with email file size restrictions may order CD versions.

Discount: Standard Trade Discount on CDs to Booksellers and Library Suppliers.
Returns: CDs are dispatched on Prior Sale.
Damaged Books: Return CD for full refund or replacement.

Mail Order: Available to most countries. Postage and handling charges (per CD) are as follows:

• Australia: AUD 5.00
• Other Countries AUD 10 (Air mail)
• .pdf versions sent by email (no postage or handling charge).

Payment Methods: Normally prepayment by Cheque, Mastercard, or Visa.
